• Curtis Ross Wilson made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-first offense charge, three counts of a child endangerment charge and a false imprisonment charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 26. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Kimberly Guadalupe Parra Martinez made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-first offense charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 6. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Joshwa Marquette Tanner made an initial appearance on an assault causing bodily injury or mental illness charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 6. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Randy Lynn Hinders made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 11 in Magistrate Court.
• Julian Jesus Gonzalez made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 11 in Magistrate Court.
• Ana Isabel Rodriguez Saldana made an initial appearance on a unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 11 in Magistrate Court.
• Susan Rachelle Holderby made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 11 in Magistrate Court.
• Frank Coleman Summers made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge and a fraudulent use of registration charge. Summers pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the no insurance is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75. The fine on the registration charge is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354.
• Donald Wayne Daniel made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Daniel pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

Arrests
• On Sunday, Feb. 15, Eric Mendez, 29, was arrested for interference with official acts-bodily injury result; harassment-first degree-threaten forcible felony; public intoxication-first offense and assault on persons in certain occupations-no injury.
• On Sunday, Feb. 15, Curtis Wilson, 42, was arrested for child endangerment-substantial risk, false imprisonment and domestic abuse assault-first offense causing bodily injury.
• On Sunday, Feb. 15, Kimberly Parra Martinez, 19, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-first offense causing bodily injury.
• On Sunday, Feb. 15, Teya Mauskemo, 19, was arrested for assault on persons in certain occupations-no injury and public intoxication-first offense.
• On Saturday, Feb. 14, Theodore Provencial, 58, was arrested for theft-second degree and forgery.
• On Saturday, Feb. 14, Jorge Alvarado, 51, was arrested for failure to yield to emergency vehicle, driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended, no insurance-no accident and on a warrant.
• On Friday, Feb. 13, Angel Fernandez Ibarra, 23, was arrested for public intoxication-first offense.
• On Friday, Feb. 13, David Cox, 24, was arrested for reckless use of firearms or explosives and trespass-first offense.
