• Jesus Ernesto Flores Silva made an initial appearance on a robbery-second degree charge, 12 counts of a harassment-first degree charge and two counts of a harassment-third degree charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 9. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Zachary Ryan Nulph made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 17.

• Tricia Lynn Edwards made an initial appearance on a theft-second degree charge. Jennifer Weaver filed a waive preliminary order.

• Tupo Laloata made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance charge. Laloata pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the no insurance is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75.

• Lizette Mendoza Gomez made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 1 in Magistrate Court.

• Aaron Joseph Eggert made an initial appearance on a use of electronics communication device charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 25 in Magistrate Court.

• Nicholas Scott Atkinson made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 8 in Magistrate Court.
