• Ricardo Palmarez Jr. made an initial appearance on 13 counts of a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. • Sean Patrick Woodard made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge and a voluntary absence from custody charge. Tyler Haberman is appointed counsel. • Troy Clyde Marker made an initial appearance on a control of an firearm/offensive weapon by a felon charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. A not guilty plea was entered with the preliminary hearing waived. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.

• David Errol Heckman made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.

• Francisco Kadima made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a sentencing hearing charge. The sentencing hearing will be rescheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $1,000 cash.

• Joshua Matthew Portales Jr. made an initial appearance on two counts of assault-offensive contact charge. Portales pleaded guilty and the fine is $210 with a $31.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $301.50.

• Darwin Gonzalez Quinones made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference ahead of a jury trial charge. The pre-trial conference and jury trial will be rescheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.

• Jerry Allen Cripps made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference ahead of a jury trial charge. The pre-trial conference and jury trial will be rescheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $500 cash.

• Michael Joseph Wiest made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. A preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 26.

• Derrick James McNeece made an initial appearance on a speeding charge. McNeece pleaded guilty and the fine is $120 with an $18 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $198.

• Jeron Herman made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 25 in Magistrate Court.
