• Tum Thawng made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 1 in Magistrate Court.

• William Joseph Gragg made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference ahead of a jury trial charge. The pre-trial conference and jury trial will be rescheduled by the District Associate Court.

• Miguel Angel Rico made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The District Associate Court will reschedule the arraignment hearing. Bond is set at $2,500 cash in defendant’s name only.
