• Jesus E. Flores Silva made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Arch Wilson is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Flores Silva is being held without bond.
• Hunter Shane Smith made an initial appearance on a possession of methamphetamine-first offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 31. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Latrina Louise Hoeppner failed to appear on a driving under suspension charge and the court found her guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Heritier Donat Kipoyi made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 1 in Magistrate Court.

• On Tuesday, March 10, Francisco Aguilera Chavez Jr., 21, was arrested for driving while barred-habitual offender, driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended and no insurance-accident.
• On Tuesday, March 10, Hunter Smith, 24, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance-first offense.
• On Tuesday, March 10, Brody Becker, 18, was arrested for possession of marijuana-first offense.
