• Brianna Lee Schwab made an initial appearance on a harassment-first degree charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 30. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.

• Joshua Lavern Roberts made an initial appearance on a disorderly conduct charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 15 in Magistrate Court.

• Jaimee Yajaira Alcaraz Gutierrez made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-second offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Esmada Osmic is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 8. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Maria Guadalupe Medel Fonseca made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a failure to use a child restraint charge. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50 on the driving under suspension charge.On the child restraint violation charge the fine is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25.

• Willie Tracy Evans made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a dark windows/windshield violation charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 29 in Magistrate Court.

• Michelle Diane Leffler made an initial appearance on a speeding charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 8 in Magistrate Court.

• On Wednesday, March 18, Shiann Nelson, 22, was arrested for faillure to maintain control, leaving the scene of an accident-vehicle damage only and operating while under the influence-first offense.

• On Wednesday, March 18, Joshua Roberts, 37, was arrested for disorderly conduct.
