• Phillip Knight made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Knight is being held without bond.
• Joseph Michael Witte made an initial appearance on two counts of a violation of probation charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 1 p.m. on March 27. Witte is being held without bond.
• Jesus Ernesto Flores Silva made an initial appearance on a contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order charge. Arch Wilson is appointed as counsel. The show cause for why Flores Silva should not be held in contempt hearing is sete for 2 p.m. on March 30. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Daniel Chase Ramirez made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-first offense charge and an open container charge. Jennifer Russell is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 7. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Brody Ashton Becker made an initial appearance on a possession of cannabidiol-first offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 9. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Randolph Ibarra made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Ibarra pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
