• Vana Ilene Spencer made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Spencer is being held without bond.

• Jose Fidel Castillo Alvarez made an initial appearance on a contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Dakota Blake Plante made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge and a mittimus warrant. the public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Plante is being held without bond.

• Julio Cesar Razo Aguilar made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for arraignment hearing charge. The District Associate Court will schedule the next court appearance. Bond is set at $1,000 cash.

• Stephanie Juliet Mendoza Rivas made an initial appearance on an assault causing bodily injury or mental illness charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 24.

• Inez Cylee Davenport made an initial appearance on a striking fixtures on a highway charge and a no insurance charge. Davenport pleaded guilty to the striking fixtures charge and the fine is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge, $55 in court costs and $35 in miscellaneous fees for a total of $245.25. A pre-trial conference on the insurance charge is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 1 in Magistrate Court.

• Kevin Ray Madison Jr. made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Madison pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
