• John Willet Miller made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Court. Miller is being held without bond.

• Ryan Jason Papakee made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge and an open container charge. Papakee pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on each is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75 for each charge.
