• Severiano Gonzalez made an initial appearance on a fugitive from justice charge, extradition our of Nebraska. Julia Cutler is appointed as counsel. Gonzalez is being held without bond.
• Zane Aaron Dolash made an initial appearance on a burglary-second degree charge, a criminal mischief-fourth degree charge and an interference with official acts-bodily injury charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 20. Bond is set at $15,000 cash in defendant’s name only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Reid Joseph Jensen made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a driving under suspension charge and a failure to use safety belt charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 30.
• Sebastian Nathaniel Davis made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. Davis pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Fernando Jose Juan Barboza Velazco made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. Barboza Velazco pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75. The fine on the speeding charge is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $175.75.
• Jeffrey Ralph Plummer made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge, a driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway charge, a failure to maintain control charge and an open container charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 30. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Shontionna Knox made an initial appearance on a compulsory education violation charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 29 in Magistrate Court.
• Mary Jo Newberg made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation charge. Newberg pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
