• Gregory Todd Harrison made an initial appearance on a harassment-first degree charge, an assault while displaying a dangerous weapon charge and a false imprisonment charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 23. Bond is set at $6,000 cash only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Tremain Lavern Orange made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-second offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 23. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

Orange was also seen on a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing charge. The arraignment hearing is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on April 27. Bond is set at $1,000 cash only.

• Michael George Lemon Jr. made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a possession of methamphetamine-first offense charge, a possession of marijuana-first offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 1. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Rene Garcia Chavarria made an initial appearance on a failure to maintain control charge, a no insurance charge and an operating while under the influence-first offense charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 1. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Jonathan Michael Waseskuk made an initial appearance on a driving whole barred charge. Waseskuk pleaded guilty and the fine is $855 with a $128.25 surcharge and $2,297.84 in court costs for a total of $3,281.09.

• Steven Ray Lund made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 1.

• Jairo Gomez Rosales made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge, an operating without registration charge and two counts of a driving under suspension charge. Gomez Rosales pleaded guilty to all charges. The fine on the no insurance is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75. The fine on the no registration is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50. The fines on the driving under suspension are $250 each with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50 for each charge.

• Cruz Guevara Gonzalez made an initial appearance on a failure to stop in the assured, clear distance charge. Guevara Gonzalez pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Johnathon Andrew Underberg made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Julia Cutler is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 6 in magistrate Court. A not guilty plea was entered and the defendant demanded a jury trial.

• Justin Smith made an initial appearance on an assault-general charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 13 in Magistrate Court. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Jay Richard Appel failed to appear on a trespass-first offense charge and the court found him guilty. The fine is $500 with a $75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $630.

• Nafis Dzeladini made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 13 in Magistrate Court.

Incidents
