• Jorge Corona Banderas made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge. A preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 30.

• Ronald Emmanuel Crawford Hernandez made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing is set for 10 a.m. on April 22. Crawford Hernandez is being held without bond.

• Joshwa Marquette Tanner made an initial appearance on a assault causing bodily injury and mental illness charge and a failure to yield to emergency vehicle charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 24. Bond is set at $1,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Ricardo Amaya failed to made an appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge and the court found him guilty on both counts. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the speeding charge is $155 with a $23.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $233.25.

• Ashaiya Lynn Wright made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 20 in Magistrate Court.
