• Mason Burdette Thomasson made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-second degree charge, a burglary-third degree-motor vehicle charge and a theft-fourth degree charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 27. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.
• Derek Eugene White made an initial appearance on three counts of a sexual exploitation of a minor charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 27. Bond is set at $150,000 cash in defendant’s name only.
• James Michael Angel Flores made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge and a failure to maintain seat belts charge. The public defender’s office is appointed for the probation violation. The probation revocation hearing is set for 11:30 a.m. on May 6. Flores is being held without bond. Flores pleaded guilty to the seat belt violation and the fine is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50.
• Melanie Anne Holman made an initial appearance on a littering on a highway charge. Holman pleaded guilty and the fine is $90 with a $13.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $158.50.
• Princess Marlene Barboza made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a dark windows/windshield charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 7.
• Scott William Haugan made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a failure to maintain/use seat belts charge and a violation of conditions of a restricted license charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 27 in Magistrate Court.
• Benjamin Leo Graham failed to make an appearance on a driving under suspension charge and an operating a non-registered vehicle charge and the court found him guilty on both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the driving a non-registered vehicle is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50.
