• Tony Adam Harris Jr., made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge, an interference with official acts charge and a failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel on the probation violation. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Harris is being held without bond. Harris pleaded guilty to the other two charges. The fine on the interference charge is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the failure to obey a stop sign is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25.
