• Amber Jo Pushetonequa made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 14. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Terry Clarence Darcel Profit Jr. failed to make an appearance on a failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way charge and a no insurance-accident charge and the court found him guilty on both charges. The fine on the stop sign charge is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25. The fine on the no insurance is $645 with a $96.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $796.75.
