• Ronald Emmanuel Crawford Hernandez made an initial appearance on a contempt of Court/violation of a no-contact order charge. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Court. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Leonel Miguel Alcaraz Angel made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-second offense charge, a passing contrary to highway signs or markings charge, a no valid driver’s license charge, an open container charge and a speeding charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 7. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Lonnie Douglas Poweshiek made an initial appearance on a disorderly conduct charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 20 in Magistrate Court.

• Kikey TK Esa made an initial appearance on a disorderly conduct charge and an interference with official acts charge. Esa pleaded guilty and the fine is $355 with a $53.25 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $468.25.

• Raul Elias Alas made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge, an interference with official acts charge and a possession/purchase of alcohol by person 18/19/20 charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 20 in Magistrate Court.

• Denzell Martice Bullock made an initial appearance on a fraudulent practice-third degree charge, a controlled substance violation charge, a failure to affix a drug tax stamp charge and a used motor vehicle driver license violation charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 18. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Merejildo Nevarez Diaz made an initial appearance on an assault charge and a harassment-third degree charge. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 20 in Magistrate Court.

• On Saturday, April 25, Isaiah Lingo, 29, was arrested for no insurance-accident and operating while under the influence-first offense.

• On Saturday, April 25, Daniel Yerena-Morales, 33, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-second offense and domestic abuse assault-strangulation.

• On Saturday, April 25, Troy Good, 60, was arrested for assault-general.

• On Saturday, April 25, Charleen Breckenridge, 40, was arrested on a warrant charging her with criminal mischief-fourth degree, two counts of child endangerment-substantial risk, assault with a dangerous weapon and assault with intent to inflict serious injury-no serious injury.

• On Friday, April 24, Robert Mestdagh II, 42, was arrested on a warrant charging him with theft-third degree.

• On Friday, April 24, Sean Minix, 28, was arrested on a warrant charging him with criminal mischief-third degree, theft-third degree and burglary-third degree.
