• Adrian Lavelle McBride made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court.

• Delbert John Kellum III made an initial appearance on a violation of parole charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Kellum is being held without bond.

• Moo Gay made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge, a violation of an instructional permit limitation charge and an open container charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 16. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Gavin Charles Adam Desautels made an initial appearance on a child endangerment charge and an assault causing bodily injury or mental illness charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 27. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Sara Sanchez made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Sanchez pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
