• Ricky Dale Mayfield Jr. made an initial appearance on a pre-trial release violation charge. Pre-trial release revoked, bond is $2,000 cash in defendant’s name only.
• James Michael Flores made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 17.
• Yvette Avila made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Avila is being held without bond.
• Jeremiah Mark Davis made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a speeding charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is waived.
• Bethany Leigh Avalos made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 28.
• Joel Puentes Favela made an initial appearance on a speeding charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 29 in Magistrate Court.
• Anthony Allan Kelly made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge through counsel Mark Olberding. A written plea of guilty was entered.
• Jayda Jo Perkins made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge and a rabies vaccination violation charge. Perkins pleaded guilty to both charges and the fine is $210 with a $31.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $301.50.
