• Ambria Elizabeth Price made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 29.
• Jacob James Lillibridge made an initial appearance on a material witness warrant. Lillibridge is being held without bond. He was also seen on a driving under suspension charge, a failure to obey a stop sign charge, a interference with official acts charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 3 in Magistrate Court.
• Joseph William Smith made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-injury or mental illness charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 29. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• John Phillips made an initial appearance on two counts of a contempt of court charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing is set for 10 a.m. on June 12.
• Roberto Linares made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a no insurance-accident charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 29.
• Lucas Ray Hulin made an initial appearance on an intoxication/simulation of intoxication charge. Hulin pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
