• Curtis Ross Wilson made an initial appearance on a violation of pre-trial release charge. Pre-trial release is revoked. Bond is set at $10,000 cash in defendant’s name only.
• Jesse McKeanen Davis made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Chris Clausen is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Davis is being held without bond.
• Joshuah Jack Sparks made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge and a purchase of alcohol by person 18/19/20 charge. Sparks pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the theft charge is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75. The fine on the possession of alcohol is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354.
• Melanie Anne Holman made an initial appearance on a contempt of court charge. The fine is $1,000 cash in defendant’s name only.
• Jose J. Munoz Ochoa made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. Munoz Ochoa pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 wtih a $55 withharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $365. The fine on the speeding charge is $120 with a $18 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $193.
• Alain Serge Gbor made an initial appearance on a speeding charge and a no insurance charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 10 in Magistrate Court.
• Fernando Vargas made an initial appearance on a dark windows/windshield charge, a no insurance charge and a driving under suspension charge. Vargas pleaded guilty to all charges. The fine on the dark windows is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50. The fine on the no insurance is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75. The fine on driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Fernando Jose Juan Barboza Velazco made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge, a dark windows/windshield charge and a failure to yield to an emergency vehicle charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 29 in Magistrate Court.
