• Ricky Dale Mayfield Jr. made an initial appearance on multiple violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $1,000 cash in defendant’s name only. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Ronnie Joe Menter made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference ahead of a jury trial charge. The pre-trial conference is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on June 12 with the jury trial rescheduled for 9 a.m. on June 25. Menter is being held without bond.

• Charles Calvin Price made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a sentencing hearing. The sentencing hearing is set for 12 p.m. on July 1. Bond is set at $1,000 cash.

• Boden James Koehler made an initial appearance on a failure to stop in the assured, clear distance charge. Koehler pleaded guilty and the fine is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $215.25.

• Marilianne Mathilda Brooks failed to appear on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and the court found her guilty. The fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Chois Sima made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge. Brian Mercy is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 24 in Magistrate Court.

• Adrian Paramo made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana charge, a no valid driver’s license charge, a person under 21 using tobacco or vaping products-first offense charge, a failure to use headlamps when required charge and a no insurance charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 16. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Celina Nunez made an initial appearance on a theft-fourth degree charge. Julia Cutler is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 16.

• Carlos Albuerne Carballo made an initial appearance on a theft-fourth degree charge. Brian Mercy is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 16.

• Tyson Lee Thornton made an initial appearance on a speeding charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 17 in Magistrate Court.
