• Chance Wins Buffalo made an initial appearance on an attempted murder charge, a dominion/control of a firearm by a felon charge and a willful injury charge. The pre-trial conference is set for 1 p.m. on June 8 with the jury trial set at 9 a.m. on June 16. Buffalo is being held without bond. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Tina Marie Webber made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-second offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 17. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Jesse Hernandez made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 9:15 a.m. on June 12. Hernandez is being held without bond.

• Beau Wesley Allen made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Allen pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $116.60 in court costs for a total of $237.35.

• Jeron Herman made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 24 in Magistrate Court.

• Megan Ann Kmetz made an initial appearance on a failure to change lanes on approach of stationary towing vehicle-no injury charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 17 in Magistrate Court.

• Christopher Harold McWherter made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. McWherter pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
