• On Thursday, May 28, Gabriela Martinez, 32, was arrested on a warrant charging her with two counts of driving while barred-habitual offender, operating while under the influence-first offense, possession of marijuana-second offense, malicious prosecution, no insurance-no accident, theft-fifth degree and operating a non-registered vehicle.
Accidents
• On Sunday, May 25, an SUV driven by Mu Klo, 43, of Marshalltown, was northbound on Highway 330 when it struck a deer that entered the roadway. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Klo SUV was estimated at $4,500.
