• Oscar Miguel Nunez-Cabrera made an initial appearance on a violation of parole charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Nunez-Cabrera will be held without bond. Nunez-Cabrera was also seen on a domestic abuse assault-third or subsequent offense. Clements is also acting as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 15. Bond is set at $5,000 cash in defendant’s name only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Phylicia Marie Quincy made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing is set for 2 p.m. on June 5. Quincy is being held without bond.
• Mohrgon Sage Wells Marquez made an initial appearance on a violation of pre-trial release charge. Pre-trial release is revoked and the bond is set at $5,000 cash in defendant’s name only.
• Robert Charles Mestdagh II made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 26.
• Winner Kokou Banissan made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. Julia Cutler is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 26.
• Claudia Michel Torres made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 3 in Magistrate Court.
• Darrell Melven Morris Sr. made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation charge. Morris pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Jaime Ramirez Torres made an initial appearance on a no insurance-accident charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 3 in Magistrate Court.
• Salud Castillo made an initial appearance on a disorderly conduct charge. Tyler Taberman is acting as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 3 in Magistrate Court.
• Codi Michael Heinrichs made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court.
• David Scott Egli made an initial appearance on a sniffing glue or other chemical substances charge. Egli pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
