• Phylicia Marie Quincy made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing is set for 2 p.m. on June 5. Quincy is being held without bond.

• Adrian Lavelle McBride made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing is set for 2:30 p.m. on May 20. McBride is being held without bond.

• Kinnick Daniel Youngblut made an initial appearance of a pre-trial release violation. Pre-trial release is revoked and the sentencing hearing is set for 10 a.m. on May 22. Youngblut is being held without bond.

• Arnoldo Rodriguez Perez made an initial appearance on an assault on persons in certain occupations-bodily injury charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 18. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.

• Hutch Allen Jordan made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 13 in Magistrate Court. Bond is set at $325 cash.

• Charleen Nicole Breckenridge made an initial appearance on an animal neglect-no injury or death charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is sete for 9:30 a.m. on May 27 in Magistrate Court.

• Jacob Alan White made an initial appearance on a child endangerment charge. Mark Hinshaw waived the initial appearance. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Daniel Yerena Morales failed to appear on a failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way charge and a driving under suspension charge and the court found him guilty on both charges. The fine on the stop sign violation is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Daniel Bernard Curley III made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Curley pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Lynn Denise Sagar made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation charge. Sagar pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Maria Isabel Hale Flores made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 3 in Magistrate Court.

• Laura Christine Jefferson made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation charge. Jefferson pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
