Pre-trial release is revoked and bond is set at $10,000 cash in defendant’s name only. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel on the new charges. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 26. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety.

• Christopher Jason Haney made an initial appearance on an assault causing bodily injury or mental illness charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 26. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety.
