• Jeremy Edward Dengler made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Julia Cutler is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Dengler is being held without bond.

• Jacob Allen Wayne Roop appeared in court today.Bond is set at $16,000 cash in defendant’s name only.

• Jesus Francisco Soto Jr. made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a possession of marijuana-first offense charge and a dark windows charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 9. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Christian Eman Chavez Murillo made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Chavez Murillo pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Tristan Michael Garringer failed to appear on a driving under suspension charge and a failure to use safety belts charge and the court found him guilty on both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the seat belt charge is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50.

• Margaret Ann Shuckahosee made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 22 in Magistrate Court.

• William John Alman made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and an operation without interlock device charge. Alman pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the interlock device violation is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Benjamin Orie Wedgwood made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Wedgwood pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Marilianne Mathilda Brooks failed to appear on a dog at large charge and the court found her guilty. The fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Ricky Dale Mayfield Jr. made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Tyler Haberman is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• William Werner Khuns made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash in defendant’s name only.

• Hector Martinez made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Martinez pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Jose Ruben Morales Ramirez made an initial appearance on a disorderly conduct charge. Logan Kelleher is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 15 in Magistrate Court.

• Gasongo Nsengiyumva made an initial appearance on two counts of a driving under suspension charge, a dark windows/windshield charge, a failure to carry a registration card charge and a no insurance charge. Nsengiyumva pleaded guilty to all charges. The fines on the driving under suspension are $250 each with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50 on each charge. The fine on the dark windows is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50. The fine on the registration violation is $30 with a $4.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $89.50. The fine on the no insurance is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75.
