• Rayshawn Maurice Rockingham made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 2 p.m. on Aug. 10. Rockingham is being held without bond.
• Seth Thomas made an initial appearance on a pre-trial release violation charge. Pre-trial release is revoked. Bond is set at $5,000 cash in defendant’s name only.
• Robert Paul Junck made an initial appearance on a contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order charge. Jennifer Weaver is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing is set for 2 p.m. on July 6. Bond is set at $1,000 cash. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Alexander James Conlon made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-first offense charge, a possession of marijuana-first offense charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a trespass-first offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 6. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety.
• Victoria Dawn Honts made an initial appearance on a trespass-second offense charge. Honts pleaded guilty and the fine is $1,000 with a $150 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $1,205.
• Angela Jean Dunbar made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 16.
• Cameryn Ivan Valerio made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 16.
