• Jeffery Dakota Arnold made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a driving under suspension charge and a failure to obey a traffic control device charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 17.
• Enrique Rafeal Palmarez Chavarria made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Palmarez Chavarria pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Denise Molina Gonzalez made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-first offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 17. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Avelino Morales and Delia Garcia de Morales made an initial appearance on a civil infraction charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 15 in Magistrate Court.

• On Saturday, June 27, Henry Cervantes, 20, was arrested for operating while under the influence-first offense.
• On Saturday, June 27, Joshua Bailey, 27, was arrested on a warrant charging him with driving under suspension (No SR-22 on file), knowingly leaving the scene of an accident resulting in serious injury, serious injury by vehicle-reckless driving, assault with dangerous weapon-threatening manner, driving while barred-habitual offender, reckless driving and failure to maintain control.
• On Saturday, June 27, Anna Ferneau, 46, was arrested on a warrant charging her with interference with official acts and criminal mischief-first degree-damage over $10,000.
• On Friday, June 26, Shaun Campbell, 40, was arrested on a mittimus warrant for failure to serve jail time.

• On Saturday, June 27, Jeremy Thompson, 32, was arrested for driving while barred-habitual offender and theft-second degree-possession of stolen property.
