• Anthony Lee Evans made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-second offense charge. Brian Mercy is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 19. Bond is set at $2,000 cash in defendant’s name only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Samantha Marie Rix made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Julia Cutler is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Rix is being held without bond.

• Jeremy Lynn Lavender made an initial appearance on a violation of parole charge. Jennifer Weaver is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Lavender is being held without bond.

• Jenry Herrera Mairata made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 17 in Magistrate Court.
