• Lexi Anne Lynch made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Tyler Haberman is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Court. Lynch is being held without bond.
• Griego Daysen made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a court proceedings charge. The proceedings will be rescheduled by the District Court. Bond is set st $500 cash in defendant’s name only.
• Angel Marie Vaughan made an initial appearance on a interference with official acts charge and a trespass-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 24 in Magistrate Court. During the initial appearance the defendant was charged with contempt of court-insolence behavior before the Magistrate. After two verbal warnings, Vaughan was sentenced to 30 days in jail for contempt.
• Abel Enriquez Sanchez made an initial appearance on a leaving the scene of an accident charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 8 in Magistrate Court.
• Rodney Allen Kriegel made an initial appearance on a leaving the scene of an accident charge and a no insurance-accident charge. Kriegel pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the leaving the scene charge is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75. The fine on the no insurance is $645 with a $96.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $796.75.
• Jayden Alan Adkins made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 1 in Magistrate Court.
• Alan Gutierrez Cantu made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 15 in Magistrate Court.
• Sarah Kamba Malumalu made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Malumalu pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
