• Darnell Philip Johnson made an initial appearance on a pre-trial release violation charge. Pre-trial release is revoked. Bond is set at $5,000 cash in defendant’s name only.
• Juliet Virginia Pereda made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Pereda is being held without bond.
• Benjamin Orie Wedgwood made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Wedgwood pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• On Thursday, June 11, Cody Heath-Champion, 20, was arrested for possession of tobacco/vapor/cigarette products while under 21-first offense, domestic abuse assault-second offense and violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court.
• On Thursday, June 11, Douglas Thomas, 30, was arrested for operating while under the influence-third or subsequent offense and possession of a marijuana-third or subsequent offense.
• On Thursday, June 11, Jose Morales-Ramirez, 23, was arrested for disorderly conduct-fighting behavior.
