• Stephen Andrew Weber made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Weber is being held without bond.

• Scott James Beckmann made an initial appearance on a stalking charge. Joel Waters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 25. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Jose Armando Gaytan Moreno failed to make an appearance on a driving under suspension charge and the court found Gaytan Moreno guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Leonardo Daniel Del Real Sanchez failed to make an appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge and the court found him guilty. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the speeding charge is $30 with a $4.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $89.50.

• Veronica Fabiola Martinez Segura made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. Martinez Segura pleaded guilty and the fine is $345 with a $51.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $456.75.

• Jose Ignacio Alejos made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a sentencing hearing charge. The sentencing hearing will be rescheduled by the District Court.

• Jack Edward Bertrand made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a unlawful use of license or Identification Card charge. Wesley Chaplin is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is waived. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Jeremy David Gandy made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana charge, an unlawful possession of prescription drugs charge and a possession of a controlled substance-first offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 2. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Jeffrey Allen Williams made an initial appearance on a striking fixtures on a highway charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 29 in Magistrate Court.

• Luis Junior Delgadillo made an initial appearance on a dark windows/dark windshield charge and a driving under suspension charge. Delgadillo pleaded guilty to the dark windows charge and The fine is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50. A pre-trial conference is set for the driving under suspension charge at 9:30 a.m. on July 22 in Magistrate Court.

• On Friday, June 12, Darnell Johnson, 57, was arrested on a warrant charging him with possession of burglar tools, theft-second degree and burglary-third degree.

• On Friday, June 12, Juliet Pereda, 28, was arrested on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
