• Rigby Lawrence Ackerman made an initial appearance on two counts of a driving under suspension charge, an operation without interlock device charge, a no insurance charge and a speeding charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 24 in Magistrate Court.

• Anna Louise Ferneau AKA Justin Bailey made an initial appearance on a harassment-third degree charge and an interference with official acts charge. The defendant pleaded guilty and the fine is $355 with a $53.25 surcharge and $60 in court
