• Delbert John Kellum III made an initial appearance on a violation of parole charge and a trespass-first offense charge. Kellum pleaded guilty to the trespass charge. The fine is $500 with a $75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $630. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Kellum is being held without bond.
• Derek Michael Tompkins made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 15 in Magistrate Court.
• Darwin Quinones Gonzalez made an initial appearance on a leaving the scene of an accident charge. Quinones Gonzalez pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Miguel Mendoza Lopez made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 15 in Magistrate Court.
