• Tina Marie Weber made an initial appearance on three counts of a child endangerment charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 10. Bond is set at $6,000 cash in defendant’s name only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected parties.
• Roberto Bautista De Jesus made an initial appearance on a contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order charge and a domestic abuse assault-first offense charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The net court hearing will be scheduled by the District Court. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Gabriel Joseph Verbeski made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The pre-trial conference is set at 9 a.m. on July 31 with the jury trial scheduled for 9 a.m. on Aug. 13.
• Tyler Theodore John Harms made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a driving under suspension charge and an improper brake light charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 21. Harms pleaded guilty to the improper brake light and the fine is $45 with a $6.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $106.75.
• Aaron Isaac Guevara made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a operating a non-registered vehicle charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 26 in Magistrate Court.
• Jeanne Mukandama made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 22 in Magistrate Court.
• Alberto Cervantes Jr. made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-third or subsequent offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 21. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Alexa Kay Mitchell made an initial appearance on a harassment-third degree charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 15 in Magistrate Court. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Juan Carlos Cervantes Garcia made an initial appearance on a speeding charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 15 in Magistrate Court.
• Krista Rae Riley made an initial appearance on a violation of a one-way traffic designation charge. Riley pleaded guilty and the fine is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25.
• Roy Lee Tatum made an initial appearance on a speeding charge. The fine is $30 with a $4.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $89.50.
