• Ronnie Lee Hill made an initial appearance on a trespass-first offense charge. Hill pleaded guilty and the fine is $500 with a $75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $630.
• Tearstyn Ann Zitzow made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-third or subsequent offense charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 28. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Maria De Jesus Cervantes Pulido made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Cervantes Pulido pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Jayden Lea Bedard Earnest made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. Earnest pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine for speeding is $120 with a $18 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $193.
• Takecare Repwak made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Repwak pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Ardis Annalise Walker made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Walker pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• James Dennis Scott made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge and a urinating in a public place charge. Scott pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine is $105 for each charge with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75 due on each charge.
• Jesse Adam Heyne made an initial appearance on a failure to obey a traffic control device charge. Heyne pleaded guilty and the fine is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25.
• Alan Daniel Angel Fernandez made an initial appearance on an unsafe passing charge, a failure to maintain control charge, a reckless driving charge, a failure to yield to an emergency vehicle charge, a speeding charge and a no vallid driver’s license charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 5 in Magistrate Court for the driver’s license violation. Angel Fernandez pleaded guilty to the rest of the charges. On the unsafe passing, the failure to yield to emergency vehicle and failure to maintain control the fine is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25 for each charge. The fine on the speeding charge is $310 with a $46.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $411.50. The fine on the reckless driving charge is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

Accidents
• On Saturday, July 4, a car driven by Emil Pajic, 20, of Waterloo, was northbound on Marsh Avenue when it struck an animal which ran across the roadway resulting in disabling damage. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Pajic car was estimated at $5,000.
