• Carlos Castruita Valdez failed to make an appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge and the court found him guilty on both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the speeding charge is $30 with a $4.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $89.50.

• Vanessa Perez made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 29 in Magistrate Court.

• Kaylee Jean Harmon made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Harmon pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Deidre Ann Taylor made an initial appearance on a open container charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 12 in Magistrate Court.

• John Vincent made an initial appearance on a failure to obey a traffic control device charge. Vincent pleaded guilty and the fine is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25.

• David Claude Slifer made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Logan Kelleher is appointed as counsel. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 19 in Magistrate Court.
