• Luis Javier Mendoza Soto made an initial appearance on an eluding charge, an operating while under the influence-third or subsequent offense charge, a driving while barred charge, an interference with official acts charge, an excessive speed charge, a no insurance charge, an operating without registration charge and nine failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way charges. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 30. Bond is set at $17,000 cash in defendant’s name only. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Douglas Regin Thomas made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-third or subsequent offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 30. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Zane Aaron Dolash made an initial appearance on an assault causing bodily injury or mental illness charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 30. Bond is set at $1,000 cash in defendant’s name only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Teagan James Danner made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, an excessive speed charge, a no insurance charge and an operating a non-registered vehicle charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 7.
• Angel Manuel Maldonado made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance-accident charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 19 in Magistrate Court.
• Luke Davis Sears made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-second offense charge. Julia Cutler is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 7. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Joseph Michael Baker made an initial appearance on an assault charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 5 in Magistrate Court. Bond is set at $300 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• On Sunday, July 19, Braydon Flowers, 21, was arrested for speeding and possession of marijuana-first offense.
• On Sunday, July 19, Luis Mendoza Soto, 32, was arrested for nine counts of failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way, operating a non-registered vehicle, speeding-road work zones, no insurance-no accident, interference with official acts, operating while under the influence-third or subsequent offense, driving while barred-habitual offender and eluding while exceeding speed limit by 25 mph or more enhancement-second.
• On Friday, July 17, Carson Scheidegger, 24, was arrested for no insurance-accident and operating while under the influence-first offense.
• On Friday, July 17, Jerris Jaedon Nicholas Maschino Duncan, 24, was arrested on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
