• Julio Ramirez Perez made an initial appearance on a sexual abuse-second degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 31. Ramirez Perez is being held without bond. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• George Nicholas Bragg II made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bragg is being held without bond.

• Jeremiah Nathaniel David Ridout made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-first offense charge, a no insurance charge, an open container charge and a failure to obey a traffic control device charge. Brian Mercy is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 11. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Kevin Ray Krier made an initial appearance on a possession of methamphetamine-first offense charge. Logan Kelleher is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 31. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Fernando Jose Juan Barboza Velazco made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge and a person under 21 using tobacco/vape product-first offense charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 11. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Joel Hernandez Guido made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and an excessive speed charge. Tyler Haberman is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 11.

• Travis Jacob Hassen made an initial appearance with counsel, Benjamin Feld, on a driving while barred charge. The preliminary hearing has been waived.

• Ranae Lea Osgood made an initial appearance on a keeping a premises/vehicle for controlled substance use charge. Brian Mercy is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 11.

• Jeffery Lynn Gorsuch made an initial appearance on a failure to affix a drug tax stamp charge and a controlled substance violation charge. Julia Cutler is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 11. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Rosa Marie Chavarria made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Chavarria pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Daysen Ray Griego made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set at 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 26 in Magistrate Court.

• Samantha Lee Beadle failed to make an appearance on a driving under suspension charge and the court found him guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Danielle Lynn Gilge made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-first offense charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 3. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Juan Pablo Garcia Rodriguez made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Garcia Rodriguez pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
