• Michael Andrew Rangel made an initial appearance on a burglary-first degree charge and an interference with official acts charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 7. Bond is set at $26,000 cash only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party in the burglary case.
• Tyson Bryant Peters made an initial appearance on a disorderly conduct charge. Peters pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Helen Eileen Campbell made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Campbell pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• On Friday, July 24, Ezequiel Reyes Avila, 25, was arrested for speeding, driving under suspension (No SR-22 on file), careless driving, possession of marijuana-first offense and persons ineligible to carry dangerous weapons.
