• Stephanie Marie Manning made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash in defendant's name only.

• Richard Paul Wayne Sindt made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Brian Mercy is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Sindt is being held without bond. Sindt was also seen on a voluntary absence from custody charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 7. Bond is set at $1,000 cash in defendant's name only.

• Ricky Dale Mayfield Jr. made an initial appearance on a contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order charge. The contempt hearing is schedule for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 5. Bond is set at $500 cash. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• David Edward Bolin made an initial appearance on a possession of contraband in a correctional facility charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Arach Wilson is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 7. Bond is set at $5,500 cash.

• Cadija Sophia Reges Sease made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 26. Bond is set at $500 cash in defendant's name only. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• On Monday, July 27, Ricky Mayfield Jr., 52, was arrested for contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order.

• On Monday, July 27, Winner Banissan, 18, was arrested for driving while barred-habitual offender.

• On Monday, July 27, David Bolin, 39, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of contraband in a correctional facility-no weapon.

Accidents

• On Monday, July 13, a car driven by Edwin De Paula, 23, of Marshalltown, was westbound on 240th Street when it struck an animal, likely a coyote, that entered the roadway. No injuries were reported. The unit sustained front end and undercarriage damage. Damage to the De Paula car was estimated at $5,000.
