• Christian Ramon Madrigal mde an initial appearance on four counts of an assault on persons in certain occupations-bodily injury charge, an assault on persons in certain occupations charge, three counts of an assault by inmate with bodily fluids or secretions charge, a harassment-first degree charge, a harassment-second degree charge, a public intoxication charge and a interference with official acts charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 16. Bond is set at $10,000 cash in defendant’s name only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Benjiman Patrick Moritz made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 12 in Magistrate Court.
• Cameryn Ivan Valerio made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge and a driving under suspension charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 24.
• Amelia Marie Robinson made an initial appearance on a burglary-third degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 24.
• Erica Sue Bovee made an initial appearance through counsel Patrick Streit on a fraudulent practices-second degree charge and a tampering with records charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 21.
• Jairo Gomez Rosales made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and an operation without registration charge. Gomez Rosales pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the operation without registration is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50.
• Tresor Malutshi Avime made an initial appearance on a no valid driver’s license charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 5 in Magistrate Court.
• Yasmin Moran made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge and a rabies vaccination violation charge. Moran pleaded guilty to both charges and the fine is $210 with a $31.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $301.50.

• On Sunday, July 5, Christian Madrigal, 20, was arrested for interference with official acts-bodily injury result, public intoxication-first offense, harassment-first degree-threaten forcible felony, assault on persons in certain occupations-no injury, assault on persons in certain occupations-bodily injury/mental illness, assault on persons in certain occupations-fluid contact and harassment-second degree-threaten bodily injury.
• On Saturday, July 4, Matthew Schaumberg, 36, was arrested for no insurance-no accident, driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended, driving while barred-habitual offender and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• On Saturday, July 4, Benjamin Alfaro-Gamino, 77, was arrested for dog at large.
• On Saturday, July 4, Shane Rose, 48, was arrested on a warrant.
• On Friday, July 3, Christian Garcia, 22, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without interlock device and driving while barred-habitual offender.
• On Thursday, July 2, Donald Sanchez, 65, was arrested for driving while license is denied or revoked-third or subsequent offense.
