• Austin Taner Rankin made an initial appearance on a violation of parole charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Rankin is being held without bond.

• Travis Jacob Hassen made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing is set at 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 26. Hassan is being held without bond.

• Javier Guadalupe Perales made an initial appearance on a harassment-third degree charge, a trespass-first offense charge and a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge. Tyler Haberman is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 12. Bond is set at $1,000 cash in defendant's name only.

• Maria Roxana Saldivar Juarez made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a driving under suspension charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 11.

• Hunter Eugene Bestell made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Bestell pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Fior Marina Peguero De Leon made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a no insurance charge and a speeding charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 23 in Magistrate Court.

• Sarah N. Goodwin made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation charge. Goodwin pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Elizabeth Elizarraras made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Elizarraras pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
