• Tremain Lavern Orange made an initial appearance on two counts of a violation of probation charge and an escape from custody-felon charge. The public defender's office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. The preliminary hearing on the escape charge is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 13. Orange is being held without bond.
• Gustavoa Vasquez Hernandez made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge and a no insurance-accident charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 21. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Ermelando Gonzalez Ayala made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 21. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Lance Mandell Walker made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 26 in Magistrate Court.
• Lucille Kelly Morley made an initial appearance on a No insurance-accident charge, a failure to maintain control charge and a leaving the scene of an accident-striking fixtures on a highway charge. Morley pleaded guilty to all charges. The fine on the no insurance is $645 with a $96.75 surcharge and $90 in court costs for a total of $831.75. The fine on the failure to maintain control and leaving the scene is $135 on each charge with a $20.25 surcharge and $90 in court cor a total of $245.25 on each charge.
• Brandon Joe Godfrey failed to make an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and the court found him guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Brandon Lee Mitchell made an initial appearance on a disorderly conduct charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 19 in Magistrate Court.
• John Henry Keck made an initial appearance on a failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 26 in Magistrate Court.
