• Victor Scott Tesdahl made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The public defender's office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Tesdahl is being held without bond.
• Gabriel F. Cervantes made an initial appearance on two counts of a theft-fifth degree charge. Cervantes pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the first theft-fifth degree is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $109 in court costs for a total of $229.75. The second fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $95 in court costs for a total of $215.75.
• Megan Joyce Kutzner made an initial appearance on an interference with official acts charge. Kutzner pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
