The fine on valid license charge is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354.
• Darryl Glenn Watson made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 27. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Alexis Christian Fernandez Ibarra made an initial appearance on a supplying alcohol to a person under legal age charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 27.
• Khuang Lin made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Lin pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
