• Shainor Maipi made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 4. Maipi is being held without bond.

• Nicholas Sin Sam Jr. made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault of a pregnant person with intent to do serious injury-first offense. The preliminary hearing is set at 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 20. Bond is set at $25,000 cash in defendant's name only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Shmarra Sherpa Mabry made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 31. A written arraignment and plea of not guilty was entered. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• On Friday, Aug. 7, John Mills, 47, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Friday, Aug. 7, Benjamin Ryerson, 51, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Friday, Aug. 7, Kaleb Perry, 22, was arrested for child endangerment-substantial risk and domestic abuse assault-strangulation with bodily injury.
