• Michael Lynn Logan made an initial appearance on an escape from custody-felon charge and a driving under suspension charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel on the escape charge. The preliminary hearing on that charge is 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 21. Logan is being held without bond. Logan pleaded guilty to the driving under suspension charge. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Jesseca Ellen Menzel made an initial appearance on a failure to appear at a pre-trial conference charge. Bond is set at $10,000 cash in defendant's name only.
• Noah Allen Krein made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-injury or mental illness-first offense charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 21. Bond is set at $2,000 cash in defendant's name only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
