• Charleen Nicole Breckenridge made an initial appearance on two counts of a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference before a jury trial charge. The pre-trial conference is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on Sept. 4 with the jury trial rescheduled for 9 a.m. on Sept. 17. Bond is set at $3,000 cash in defendant's name only.

• Fernando Gutierrez Vaquero made an initial appearance through a Spanish interpreter on a forgery charge, a perjury charge and a false application for license or ID card charge. The fine on the no insurance is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75. The fine on the safety belts is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50.

• Hector G. Divas Molina made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. Divas Molina pleaded guilty on both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension charge is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine for speeding is $120 with a $18 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $193.
